I was concerned with how water would drain as we have removed a lot of trees from the backyard and had an above ground pool installed. Outstanding Experience with New Image Outdoor Solutions I contacted New Image Outdoor Solutions for help with a couple of overly wet areas on my property. Mr. Jackson was prompt for our initial appointment and thorough in his inspection. He quickly pinpointed the source of the issue — a natural spring — which was causing the flooding. Having dealt with similar situations previously, he recommended installing a dry riverbed to direct and contain the flow away from my property. He was 99.9% confident that this solution would also resolve the other water issues in the area. Once the project began, Mr. Jackson and his crew took great care to minimize any disruption to my property. They laid down plywood over the grass to prevent damage from machinery and kept me updated throughout the process, even providing video updates on their progress. At the conclusion, the team reseeded all areas affected by the work, including where the plywood had been placed, and cleaned everything up meticulously leaving nothing behind but the beautifully completed project. The final result exceeded all my expectations and has become a highlight of my property. My front yard was a jungle that I could not take care of myself. No matter what I did, the weeds popped back up.
